• Oversee and improve manufacturing operations, establishing and driving production goals and developing organizational structures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures, providing resources and training
- Develop performance and efficiency metrics, identifying areas for improvement and reporting results to executive leadership.
- Manage daily plastic injection molding department effectively and ensure best practices
- Plan manpower capacity and arrange the work schedule, review production planning to achieve production target and timely delivery
- Ensure all equipment, tools, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes
- Assure that product and process quality are compliant to internal and customer quality expectation.
- Act as the primary contact for overseeing and maintaining product item master data and the product owner.
- Drive the holistic strategy for managing product master data, collaborating closely with important stakeholders and analytics partners throughout the organization and evaluating data practices.
- Work with senior management to grasp upcoming needs and the business’s future direction in order to formulate a data strategy that promotes customer-centricity.
- Implement risk management methods to reduce project risks.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree to related field or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): critical thinking, problem solving, process validation, manufacturing line transfer, Project management.e
