Job responsibilities:
- Check the parts quality of all machines as per sample.
- Carry out the tool / equipment / set-up / new model testing and troubleshooting support.
- To ensure machines are in good working condition.
- Responsible for machines’ troubleshooting.
- To ensure constant injection condition is maintained throughout the whole production.
- To ensure safety all the time during working hours.
- To practice good housekeeping.
- To perform maintenance per maintenance schedule.
Job requirements:
- Posses at least SPM/Technical Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of blowing or injection moulding machines and their operation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Good knowledge of plastic quality standards.
- Able to work late hours and weekends during new mould testing and peak production.
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- Rotational shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
