Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with engineers to manage quality, safety, and progress during factory construction, including on-site measurement verification;
2. Coordinate the resolution of priority technical issues in construction, review construction drawings, and assist in completing on-site technical briefings and drawing reviews;
3. Organize the supplier management team to supervise daily construction progress according to plan;

Qualifications
1. Background in engineering-related fields such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, safety, or low-voltage systems.
2. Prefer candidates with experience in mechanical and electrical construction, factory project construction, or factory equipment maintenance.
3. Must be steady in character, meticulous in work, highly responsible, and able to meet overtime requirements when necessary.
