Job Description:
- Master Production Schedule (MPS), maintaining the MPS based on customers demand, the capacities in different process and materials availability. Ensure all the FG shipments on time to meet customer requirement.
- Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), overseeing the MRP to ensure the timely availability of the require materials. Material tracking monitoring the flow of materials through the production process, FIFO and Scrap control.
- Production Scheduling, supporting production team to ensure the production processes are aligned with the MPS and MRP.
- Capacity Planning, monitoring the production capacity in different process needed to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Control, maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring sufficient raw materials are available. Regularly review the FG, WIP and raw materials inventory levels to the KPI target.
- Supplier Management, securing the favourable terms with supplier to optimize cost and ensure quality.
- Process Improvement, Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration, working with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and production, to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving, addressing the production bottlenecks, delays, and quality issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience

Pay: RM10,684.05 - RM12,035.46 per month
