Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join our team, either on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching or tutoring Physics at the Cambridge IGCSE level, or be a fresh graduate with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching. The role involves delivering engaging lessons to students from Year 9 to Year 11, fostering curiosity and critical thinking in the subject of Physics while maintaining high academic standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured and interactive Physics lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus.
- Adapt lesson materials and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Encourage problem-solving, scientific inquiry, and critical thinking.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Science Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- Teaching or tutoring for 1 year experience in IGCSE Physics or science related subjects is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum and assessment criteria is an advantage.
- Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring student interest in Physics.
