There will be MRT transportation nearby, and it will arrive at the shop location within a 5 mins- 8 minute walk.

Direct customer service
- Demonstrate the five basic demands to engage with and welcome our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor.
- Apply a 'heads up' approach; be aware of customers who require assistance and offer your help.
- Use the product and gaming knowledge to inspire the customer by offering purchasing suggestions and promoting campaigns, offers, and activities.
Store Operations
- Keep the fixtures full and tidy regularly.
- Ensure the sales floor is always clean and tidy.
- Ensure all the stock is restocked, and every time, remember to count the stock for restocking.
Team
- Share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working atmosphere.
- Give honest and constructive feedback to your colleagues to develop their skills.
