Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, prioritizing urgent matters.
3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
4. Conduct research and compile data for projects and presentations.
5. Assist in personal tasks such as errands, shopping, and event planning.
6. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
7. Coordinate with other staff and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
