Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can support the company’s local and international. The ideal candidate is business-minded, travel-ready, and capable of handling both corporate and field responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director with daily business operations and strategic tasks
- Handle company documentation, licensing, and corporate filings
- Manage communications and negotiations with suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and cross-border activities
- Represent the company in external meetings or site visits when required
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Support marketing efforts and client engagement when necessary
- Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Willing to travel frequently and work independently
- Good understanding of business operations, supply chain, or vendor management
- High sense of trust, discretion, and professionalism
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
