Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties and internal staff on behalf of the Group CEO's office;
- Conduct thorough follow-ups after meetings, formulate action plans, and provide strategic suggestions. Report outcomes to the Group CEO for final decision-making;
- Assist the Group CEO in reviewing and summarizing business agreements, providing insights for informed decision-making;
- Provide continued support and maintain rapport with clients post-sales as needed;
- Support ongoing business development and group communications through project management and administrative tasks.
- Offer professional advice to the Group CEO based on extensive research regarding business plans and opportunities;
- Propose effective solutions to challenges arising from business operations and execution;
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the company's growth;
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing stakeholders while actively seeking opportunities to introduce new leads and clients;
- Act as a liaison between the Group CEO and clients, overseeing projects or sales processes to completion;
- Handle tender enquiries from sourcing to submission, ensuring timely and accurate completion;
- Ensure compliance with client/consultant specifications and timely submission of tenders.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion;
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to inform product/service development and innovation efforts;
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to optimize revenue generation and achieve sales targets;
- Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and collaborations to enhance the company's market position and revenue streams.
- Manage correspondence, calls, and visitors with professionalism and discretion;
- Arrange and attend meetings, transcribe dictations, and prepare confidential and official correspondences, presentations, reports, proposals, and cost calculations;
- Collate information, format documents, organize meetings, and develop presentations as required;
- Draft letters, agreements, and correspondence to facilitate the Group CEO's leadership responsibilities effectively;
- Secure meeting appointments, prepare quotations and sales proposals, and introduce company products and services to potential clients;
- Prepare sales kits, presentations, and relevant business displays to support sales efforts.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Quantity Survey, Interior Design or related field.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Positive working attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
