We are hiring Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the management team. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a professional business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing calendars, appointments
- Handle basic correspondence and document preparation
- Support day-to-day administrative functions
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings under supervision
- Run errands and carry out general office support tasks as needed
- Assist in follow-ups and routine communications with internal departments
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Basic accounting background is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Attributes:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
