- Coordinate and manage the efficient flow of information within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with internal teams and external partners.
- Undertake special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and administrative duties as and when required.
- Handle all appointments, meetings, and scheduling activities including following up.
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements, including itinerary planning and coordination.
- Conduct business-related research and gather relevant information.
- Attend meetings with the Director when necessary, take accurate minutes, and prepare finalized reports or summaries.
- Assist in business system or process development projects as and when required, including basic testing or coordination with relevant departments.
