AFYAA is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of paid ads and help drive real sales results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across TikTok/ Facebook/Google
- Monitor campaign metrics like ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and make data-driven decisions
- Engage with potential buyers through comments, DMs, and social replies to warm up leads
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and e-commerce shifts in Malaysia
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
- Experience at least 1 year in digital marketing / E-commerce
- Understand customer journey from ad to checkout
- Creative, proactive and target-oriented
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
