OBJECTIVE:
To ensure smooth and efficient operations by managing the key pillars of the company: People, Finance, and Administration. The PFA Department focuses on the people department, accountings, and maintaining administrative processes that support business growth and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Hiring & Recruitment Support
- Assist in end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Collaborate with the hiring leader to identify hiring needs and support timely recruitment.
- Help maintain organized candidate records and tracking sheets.
- Support onboarding tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
(2) HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate regular HR and recruitment reports for tracking performance and decision-making.
- Assist in troubleshooting HR system issues and liaising with relevant teams or vendors for resolution.
- Support system-related process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
(3) Support Direct Leader
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the direct leader in HR and people-related matters.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the direct leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Soft Skills:
- Adaptability – Comfort with change and flexibility to adjust processes or priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills – Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication across all levels of the organization.
