JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
- Perform daily outbound calls to remind customers & follow up on overdue payments.
- Efficiently recover customer's debts in a timely manner
- Efficiently follow up on all files includes 'promise to pay files'/ 'broken promises to pay files'
- Work with customers to solve payment problems / make workable repayment arrangement
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Benefits to Ex – Kudrat staffs salary hike from 3% to 10%.
- Those without experience in this field are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Candidate with experience in banking and financial sector/ telecommunication companies chances to get higher basic salary.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English and other major Malaysian languages.
