Working hours: 11pm - 8am, Monday to Friday, fixed shift
Responsibilities:
- Manage client funds deposit and withdrawals among various e-wallet and payment provider.
- Prepare transaction record from all payment provider and report daily balance.
- Make the daily reconciliation and investigate the variance.
- Respond in payment channels and take care all related enquiries.
- Monitor and resolve failed payment transactions and work closely with our Operation Team.
- Execute the foreign currency exchange among payment providers, banks and also crypto platforms.
- Research, collect feedback related to payment channels for enhancement on workflow.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in Forex, Banking or Settlement
- Good Communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Familiar with computer technology, included Microsoft Office, Windows and Messenger.
