Job Descriptions:
1. Carry out checks on parts number, description, and quantity requested by Technician with Workshop and Service Advisor inclusive:
- Deliver the accurate parts and quantity as per Job Sheet
2. Carry out initial checks on received inventory inclusive:
- Inspects item, as to quantity and part number, against Purchase Order and Delivery Order
- Unpacks inventory and store at assigned location
- Posts quantity of inventory to manual stock card
- Enter data and edit stocks order in an inventory system
3. Assist in the physical stock counting process every month
4. Assist in maintaining the filing system and records for easy control and traceability
5. Assist on defective warranty part control
6. Cleans work area
7. Responsible to the Parts Controller for security and proper arrangement of inventory in the storeroom
8. Perform related work as required
9. Compliant with company instruction, rule & regulations from time to time
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in Automotive or equivalent. Diploma in Automotive is an added advantage
2. Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay
3. Possess basic computer skills

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
