Job Descriptions :
- Coordinate all storage activities and ensure parts operation performance achieves target set
- Manage documentation and filing system of the parts department
- Perform inventory control and storage of vehicle parts – inventory checking (perform daily stock count), update records, plan and forecast part orders, order parts and prepare reports relating to parts department required by HMSB and filing
- Conduct parts ordering based on Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet and regularly update to Service Advisor upon parts arrival for follow up with customers
- Responsible for receiving parts and storing parts
- Always ensuring integrity of stock inventory
- Follow up on back-order items and maintain daily update of parts status
- Ensure parts are arranged neatly and maintain parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping according to SOP
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SKM in automotive or equivalent. Diploma in Automotive is an added advantage to apply
- IT literate
- Proficient in business & office applications
- Possess good written & communication skills in English and Malay
- Training will be provided upon taking up the job to ensure high quality assurance at Honda Parts and Accessories
- Possess a valid class D driving license
- Salary will be based according to your qualification as well as your relevant working experience.
