Role Overview As our Part-Time Project Manager, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and developers, ensuring that requirements are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables are up to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather features and specifications requirements from project stakeholders
- Prepare clear and detailed documentation for both stakeholders and developers
- Update and maintain project documents from time to time
- Prepare Gantt charts to track project milestones and deadlines
- Assign tasks to developers and ensure clarity on deliverables
- Follow up on task progress with team members
- Ensure development outcomes match project documentation
- Manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT/software project management.
- Strong skills in documentation, scheduling, and task tracking.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available for regular team check-ins and progress updates.
