* Handle inbound/outbound Telco customer calls
* Assist with billing, service requests & complaints
* Provide accurate info and great customer experience
* Meet quality & productivity KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum SPM/Diploma
* Strong English & BM (Mandarin/Tamil is a plus)
* Customer-first, positive attitude
* Call centre experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
* Able to commit to Sept–Nov part-time shifts
