Job Overview:
Swee Lee is seeking a talented, data-driven, and highly motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for music, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of running and optimising paid media campaigns across digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. As the Paid Media Specialist, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and Marketing Project Manager to develop, execute, and optimise Swee Lee's paid media campaigns across the regions we operate in. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, exceptional analytical skills in key metrics, and the ability to create and execute effective campaigns to drive traffic and conversions to our stores.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and manage performance-driven B2C paid media campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Search, and Google Shopping (PMax).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business goals and brand messaging.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform campaign strategies.
Optimisation & Performance Management
- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Optimise audience targeting, keyword selection, and bidding strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Track advertising budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend while achieving KPIs.
- Leverage performance metric tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards to track user behaviour and conversion funnels.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and e-commerce.
- Suggest and implement new growth opportunities and test innovative ad formats or channels to expand reach.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience of hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads, Google Search, and Google Shopping campaigns (including Performance Max) with a strong B2C focus.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of ad account structures, campaign types, and optimisation techniques.
- Familiarity with B2C marketing, e-commerce, the music industry, and a passion for music and musical instruments.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or equivalent.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Proficient with design, photo-editing, and video-editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns across multiple regions simultaneously.
