- Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards (QAQC)
- Handle stock ordering and logistics
- Provide excellent customer service and manage complaints
- Supervise staff and oversee scheduling
- Produce performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Liaise with upper management
- Enforce adherence to company and outlet SOPs
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in both Malay and English (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic, and quick to learn
- Own transport is preferred due to store location
