We are seeking for Chinese-Speaking Outlet Manager – Apply Now! (Training provided)
JOB ROLE
Responsible for all of the day-to-day functions of an outlet such as operations, sales, marketing, and building rapport with the customers and visitors of the outlet in order to attract business whilst ensuring compliance is strictly followed. Also, responsible to make sure the goals and objectives given are met in a timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the total performance of the branch / outlet by maintaining communication between the branch / outlet and management in terms of preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity;
2. Facilitate the growth of the branch through continuous improvements in accordance with the company’s vision and policy;
3. Develop forecast, financial objectives and prospective sales opportunities;
4. Adhere to high ethical standards and at the same time comply with all the laws and legislations;
5. Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance is strictly followed;
6. Ensure all queries from customers are answered to satisfy their needs and expectations of using the facilities;
7. Manage budget and allocate funds accordingly.
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum a Diploma / Degree holder in early childhood education/hospitality/theme park management or related;
- Like to interact with children and planning exciting engaging activities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational motivational skills;
- Must possess leadership and supervisory skills;
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,100.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
