Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations at our busy, award-winning British restaurant. You’ll manage both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, ensuring high standards in food, service, and customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume outlet (takeaway/delivery & dine-in), where managers are expected to be on the floor, engaging customers (table talk), solving problems in real-time, motivating staff, and delivering results based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key KPIs & Focus Areas:
- Customer Reviews (Google, Grab, Foodpanda, etc.)
- Loyalty Program Sign-ups
- Upselling & Average Spend Growth
- Staff Morale, Punctuality & Teamwork
- SOP and Paperwork Completion (daily reports, opening/closing, checklists)
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the outlet (service & kitchen flow)
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and proper staff deployment
- Handle real-time service issues, customer complaints, and dine-in satisfaction
- Oversee quality control, food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Coach and mentor team members to hit performance targets
- Manage inventory, ordering, and daily paperwork
- Track outlet sales, expenses, waste, and staff KPIs
- Conduct team briefings and support continuous training
- Implement promotions, local marketing, and upselling strategies
- Work closely with HQ and Central Kitchen teams to meet brand standards
Requirements
- Min 3 years’ experience in restaurant or F&B management
- Proven leadership in fast-paced, service-driven environments
- Strong people skills and hands-on leadership style
- Familiar with POS systems, basic reporting, and outlet paperwork
- High energy, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Malaysian citizen only

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
