About the Role
We are an award-winning British seafood restaurant group looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager to run day-to-day operations and deliver a high-performance customer experience. This is a busy outlet — takeaway, delivery, and dine-in — so you must be confident working under pressure and leading from the front.
You’ll be responsible for managing service quality, team performance, and outlet profitability while being present on the floor, engaging with customers (table talk), and ensuring strict SOP and KPI compliance.
Key KPIs You'll Be Measured On:
- Customer Reviews (Google, Grab, Foodpanda, etc.)
- Loyalty Program Sign-Ups
- Upselling & Average Spend Growth
- Staff Motivation, Attendance & Discipline
- Paperwork Accuracy & SOP Completion
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate FOH and BOH operations daily
- Be on the floor — guide staff, engage with customers, and solve problems in real time
- Ensure food quality, service speed, and cleanliness meet brand standards
- Handle complaints professionally and take corrective action immediately
- Conduct daily team briefings and ongoing training to improve service levels
- Schedule staff, assign roles, and monitor performance
- Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, costs, KPIs, and outlet performance
- Promote the outlet through word-of-mouth, events, and local campaigns
- Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, and attitude — take action when needed
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards across the outlet
- Enforce all company policies, processes, and SOPs
What We’re Looking For
- Min 3 years experience as a Restaurant/Outlet Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership with a hands-on, floor-first management style
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of both service and kitchen operations
- Able to motivate, discipline, and develop team members
- Comfortable with reporting, tracking KPIs, and using POS/management software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Able to work 6 days/week including weekends & PH
- Malaysian citizen only
