Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales for both Fibre and Telco Prepaid/Postpaid products. This includes managing dealer networks, executing on-ground activations, and ensuring high visibility of services across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Fibre customers via direct sales and follow through with after-sales service and installation coordination.
- Drive prepaid and postpaid sales across Open Channel & Modern Trade segments.
- Own and manage assigned territory performance, including booth setups, dealer support, and sales visits.
- Hunt for new dealer touchpoints and expand the retail base.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose quick-win strategies.
- Participate in on-ground events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
- Troubleshoot basic dealer/customer issues related to products or systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, retail, or telco operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English & Malay.
- Sales-driven, proactive, and comfortable with target-setting.
- Able to work on weekends and travel within assigned territories.
- Must possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Street-smart, team-oriented, and able to adapt quickly on the ground.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
