Position: Outdoor Sales
Basic salary: RM 2,400–3,500 + commission
Location: Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls and marketing channels
- Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up, and handle tenders
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Track and monitor payment collections and client reliability
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in presentations and negotiations
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
