Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle sales and service orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with workflows and timelines. This role is vital to keeping operations efficient and reliable during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter sales and service orders accurately and on time.
- Review and verify documentation in line with company guidelines.
- Manage order transactions and complete work within set deadlines.
- Follow directions from the team leader and support team objectives.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to process improvements.
- Support cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Experience in order processing, data entry, or administrative tasks preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to work night shifts (Sunday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Saturday is an OFF DAY.
