Responsibilities :
- Entering order information into systems, verifying details, and ensuring accuracy.
- Managing the lifecycle of orders from creation to completion, monitoring order status, and addressing any issues or delays.
- Communicating with other department about order status, delivery schedules, and any changes or issues.
- Coordinating with inventory management to ensure sufficient stock is available to fulfill orders.
- Preparing and processing necessary documentation for orders, such as invoices and delivery orders.
- To perform any other duties which is related as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh Graduates are welcome as long as you are willing and ready to learn.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Willing to work on Saturday (half-day till 1pm).
