Job Description:
The Operator's Supervisor will manage and oversee operators to ensure smooth daily operations, meeting production and safety standards. Responsibilities include task allocation, performance monitoring, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operators and ensure task efficiency.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Train new and existing operators.
- Report operational performance and incidents.
- Resolve workplace issues and improve workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing/logistics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety and production processes.
