Key Responsibilities:
- Review Tenancy Agreements (TAs) to ensure rental amount, deposit, and tenancy dates are accurate in EasyRenz system.
- Assist with check-in preparation and coordination when needed.
Procurement Duties
- Procure and manage cleaning tools, supplies, and office supplies inventory.
- Order furniture, appliances, and supplies for new rental units.
- Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely setup.
- Record and organize cost data for all new unit setup purchases.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Detail-oriented with good organization and follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently and keep accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with property/rental operations or procurement is a plus.
