We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our kitchen and catering operations. If you're passionate about food safety, documentation, and teamwork — we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and monitor all SOPs, daily checklists, labeling, and kitchen documentation
- Work closely with Chef, Supervisor, and Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
- Attend client meetings and support service quality audits
- Maintain compliance with 5S practices, HACCP, and Halal standards
Requirements:
- Experience in foodservice or kitchen operations is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, especially via email and in client discussions
- Proficient in PowerPoint and basic documentation
- Able to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
