The Operations Executive will be reporting to the Operations Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
1) Administration & Office Support
- Manage daily admin tasks: filing, data entry, report generation, meeting setup, inventory tracking, and supply ordering.
- Book appointments and maintain team schedules.
- Support general office operations, including coordinating office activities and assisting with document filing and organisation.
- Assist with HRDCorp documentation, claims, and related processes.
2) Operations & Coordination
- Work closely with managers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor class schedules, attendance, and student engagement to support programme delivery.
3) Customer Support & Communication
- Manage student and client communication from onboarding to course completion.
- Organise placement tests, exams, student activities, and online graduations.
- Send reminders, follow up on absences, collect feedback, and resolve enquiries promptly.
- Maintain clear, updated records of customer interactions and support issues.
4) Platform Management
- Update student records, create accounts, and assign digital learning resources on the SunagoLearn platform.
- Monitor platform usage and prepare reports as required.
- Report technical issues or feature requests for continuous improvement of the platform.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
