We’re looking for a highly proactive and independent Business Manager to support the daily operations and growth of TheGadgetStall. This person will act as the "right hand" to the business owner — thinking, planning, and making decisions like it’s their own brand.
Key Responsibilities: Business Operations
- Oversee daily order processing, customer service & packing
- Ensure smooth workflow across TikTok, Shopee, and inventory
- Manage suppliers, stock levels, and restocking plans
- Maintain reports: sales, stock, returns, expenses
Sales & Marketing
- Plan monthly content, campaigns & promotions
- Brief the design team for marketing materials
- Collaborate with live hosts, influencers & marketers
- Monitor performance of TikTok Live & product listings
- Analyze data and suggest improvements
Team & Workflow Management
- Assign daily tasks to team members (admin, packers, live host)
- Recruit, train, and manage interns or new hires
- Set SOPs for customer handling, packing, reporting
Strategic & Creative Thinking
- Suggest new product ideas, bundle deals or giveaways
- Solve problems fast and smart (e.g., handling returns, bad reviews)
- Propose improvements without waiting for direction
- Think ahead: “What’s next for the brand?”
Owner’s Right Hand
- Be the bridge between the team and the owner
- Act on behalf of the owner when she’s away
- Make decisions with care, accountability & initiative
Requirements:
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Background in e-commerce, business, or marketing
- Comfortable with TikTok, Shopee, and Google Sheets
- Organized, creative, problem solver
- Speaks Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
