Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatching of cargo.
Monitor and support smooth execution of inbound and outbound shipment processes.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (transporters, freight forwarders) to ensure timely cargo movement.
Ensure all cargo handling activities comply with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support routine stock checks and cycle counts.
Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation for internal tracking and customer reference.
Highlight any operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a freight forwarding environment.
Have knowledge of cargo handling procedures, warehouse safety standards, and inventory tracking.
Experience with shipping documentation, cargo inspection, and compliance enforcement.
Familiar with inventory management systems and basic logistics software.
Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Willing to work on-site and perform overtime or shift duties when necessary.
Prefer someone who willing to relocate/travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

SPM/Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Certified in warehouse machinery handling is a plus.
Experience in bonded warehouse operations or handling commercial/industrial cargo is an advantage.
