Role Purpose

· To help develop, monitor and implement operational policy and procedure.

· To improve, coordinate with varies internal and external entity to optimize workflow.

· To gather and analyze operational process for loopholes and improvement.

· To prepare accurate and on-time documentation.

· To assist Operation/Area Manager when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

· Assist in overseeing the end-to-end operational processes.

· Ensure alignment of operations with corporate goals, SOP & KPI, and industry best practices.

2. Process Improvement

· Identify areas for operational enhancement and propose data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.

· Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives, including digital transformation and lean management practices.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

· Track and analyze key operational metrics and KPIs to evaluate departmental performance.

· Prepare and present regular operational reports management review.

4. Interdepartmental Coordination

· Liaise with internal department including Finance, Marketing, IT, Business Analysis and Operation Team to facilitate smooth execution of operational activities.

· Act as a secondary point of contact for operational issue resolution and escalation management.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

· Ensure that all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

Monitor adherence to quality control procedures to maintain high service standards.

Job Qualifications, Knowledges and Experience

1. Qualification: Diploma or equivalent

2. Experience: 1-2 years of operational experience especially in F&B.

3. Skills:

· Able to work independently.

· Strong leadership skill and a team player.

· Able to understand and carry out Profit & Lost concept.

· Good communication and negotiation skill.

· Good initiative and analytic skill.

· Excellent in filling, writing and troubleshooting.

· Able to multi-task and work on deadline under pressure and in orderly manner.

· Able to travel across Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
