Job Responsibilities
- Develop, document & maintain company-wide SQPs.
- Map, design & implement optimised operational flows.
- Research & introduce new systems/tools for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance & adoption.
- Conduct internal audits & prepare progress reports.
- Provide training on processes and systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Education/Teaching/Training
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in process documentation & quality systems (ISO advantage).
- Proficient in workflow mapping & process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
- Able to work independently and create structure from the ground up.
- Highly motivated, responsible, compassionate and innovative.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in multiple languages; well verse in presentations; computer literate
