Job Responsibility:
1. Ensure custom duty amounts are accurately recorded in the internal system upon
shipment release.
2. Check and resolve differences between cheque payment and total amount of
duty for shipment released
3. Verify and process billing related to gateway payments, ensuring accuracy
and proper documentation
4. Assist superior in preparing documentation such as license renewals and
regulatory submissions
5. Prepare and process shipment documentation such as cargo manifests, handover
lists and delivery orders.
5. File and maintain records and ensure compliance with documentation
and procedures
6. Assist in tracking and closing the shipment status when required
7. Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
1. SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehouse, or airport operations preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of cargo documentation and airport operations is an advantage.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
