- Prepare weekly/monthly chemical usage and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and order chemical supplies for all outlets based on consumption.
- Responsible for guiding Outlet Staff on day-to-day Operations inclusive reporting.
- Social Media & Customer Engagement and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Prepare and follow up on machine delivery document.
- Oversee daily operations of all outlets to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with SOPs.
- Support staff with inventory needs, operational challenges, or customer issues.
- Monitor and report on outlet performance, including staff attendance, cleanliness, and product availability.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in operational or administrative roles.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, basic inventory software, and social media tools (especially Facebook).
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Willing to travel
- Prefer multiple language and mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
