Admin Operation Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operations support in all aspect of office operations.
- Manage documents, and daily account book keeping & operation record with proper documentation.
- Assist in products and inventory management, maintain financial records with an organized filing system.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of accounts or bookkeeping is an advantage.

Monday - Friday
9am to 6pm
