Job Description:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge property management tools. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach to real estate agencies to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media, introducing them to Arcanite’s solutions and value propositions.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, identify challenges, and match our services to their objectives.
- Manage a robust pipeline, track progress in CRM, and provide regular updates on lead generation and client interest.
- Stay updated on property management trends in Australia, and identify potential areas where Arcanite’s solutions can provide high impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, real estate, or property management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the rental or property management industry is a plus.
