As our company continues to grow and expand into eCommerce, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-store Sales & Online Shop Coordinator to support both our online and conventional (offline) sales operations. This hybrid role involves managing daily eCommerce activities, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across online platforms (e.g., company website, Shopee, Lazada).
- Process online orders and coordinate logistics/delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online platforms.
- Monitor online sales performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
In-store Sales:
- Support walk-in and phone-in customer inquiries and orders.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Liaise with the warehouse and service teams for order fulfilment.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
