Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings, prices, and inventory across online platforms.
- Support online trading team with daily sales reports and performance tracking.
- Support online items creations, assortment maintenance.
- Coordinate with online team, trading, marketing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with the setup of online promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
- Process online orders, returns, and related administrative tasks.
- Monitor online platform performance and report issues or discrepancies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently.
