Responsibilities
1. Finance and Account
- Documentation includes quotation, pro-forma invoice, invoice, delivery order, reports and etc.
- Proper maintenance of financial records, documentations and filling to support all accounting entries.
- Assist in handling of account receivable, accounts payable, cash management, bank reconciliation, taxation etc.
- Manage operational related reporting and ensure that monthly and annual financial and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner.
2. Administrative
- Performs general administrative tasks
- Provides administrative support to the management team while working closely with the operation team
- Devise and maintain office systems, including IT and filing systems.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
