WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Occupational Therapist who are:
- Quick to learn and eager to grow
- Compassionate, creative, and emotionally resilient
- Fun and playful around kids
- Team players with good communication skills
- Inspired to collaborate with pediatric multidisciplinary teams to help children reach their highest potential
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct individual or small group therapy sessions for children with special needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Learning Difficulties)
- Prepare lesson plans and track children's progress
- Create engaging home activities for parents to implement
- Work with experienced therapists to implement individualized goals for each child
- Participate in weekly case discussions and continuous professional development
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN:
- Hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary pediatric rehab setting
- Continuous support and on-the-job training
- Exposure to child psychology, language and communication strategies. behavioral management techniques, inclusive education, and parent empowerment strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Occupational Therapy
- No experience required – fresh grads are encouraged to apply!

- Willingness to undergo in-house training and take ownership of your professional growth

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
