The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging multimedia content across various platforms. This role involves designing graphics, animations, videos, and interactive media that align with Headlines International’s branding and communication goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with technical expertise and a passion for storytelling through design.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Visual Content Creation:
· Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations for digital and print media.
· Produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate presentations, and training materials.
· Develop motion graphics, visual effects, and 3D elements as needed.
2. Branding & Identity:
· Ensure all multimedia content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create cohesive brand visuals.
3. Interactive Media Development:
· Design user-friendly, interactive elements for websites, apps, and presentations.
· Create engaging multimedia experiences such as virtual tours.
4. Content Management:
· Manage the company’s digital assets and multimedia library.
· Organize and archive all project files for future reference and use.
5. Collaboration:
· Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
· Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to ensure high-quality delivery.
6. Market Trend Analysis:
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging multimedia technologies.
· Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance content delivery.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Support Functions:
· Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and product launches.
· Provide design support for internal communications and training programs.
2. Technical Support:
· Troubleshoot multimedia software and equipment issues.
· Train team members on multimedia tools and workflows as required.
3. Ad-hoc Projects:
· Participate in special projects such as trade show displays, interactive kiosks, or augmented reality content.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
2. Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in multimedia design or a similar role.
· Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, and animation.
3. Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
· Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
· Familiarity with video production workflows and equipment.
· Knowledge of web design principles and interactive media tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma).
