Job Description:
As a Mixologist, your creative flair and passion for beverage will lead your Bar team to superior beverage experiences to our guests. Though your effective leadership and innovation, you will create drinks and menus that place St. Giles South key on the map as the "Hottest Place in Town". The Mixologist ( Head Bartender ) will also oversee the outlet's bar operations to ensure the smooth running of the bar. He/she should also be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patron
