Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Printing Jobs/Orders
- Download, verify, and process job sheets and print requests.
- Delegate in-house printing tasks between production teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers: submit orders and arrange pickups
2. Supervise Quality & Defects
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and reprint if necessary.
- Review and manage customer complaints related to defects.
- Inspect and identify defects on returned items.
3. Manage Delivery
- Inspect products for delivery or postage
- Verify delivery requests and notify sales personnel when items are ready.
- Arrange delivery or postage, update tracking information, and ensure timely dispatch.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (email and order management systems).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good attitude: Friendly and proactive.
- Ability to work independently with less supervision.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although relevant experience is preferred.
