Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Specialist (F&B Focus)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding: Proactively approach F&B merchants, present Grab’s offline services, and close deals effectively.
- Lead Generation: Source and qualify high-potential leads independently to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales leadership to roll out acquisition strategies and campaigns.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.
- Creative Engagement: Bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to enhance merchant engagement and success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a related field. Sales experience is a bonus but not required.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,800 per month
- Commission: Performance-based, with potential earnings of up to RM8,900/month
- Medical: RM50 monthly medical claim allowance

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
