Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing merchandising strategies for new and existing fashion collections
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items
- Coordinate closely with the HQ team in Korea on product orders, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate stock availability.
- Analyse fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to optimize product selection
- Work closely with designers and visual merchandisers to ensure cohesive product presentation
- Prepare reports on sales performance, stock movement, and sell-through rates
- Support seasonal launches, sales promotions, and in-store display planning
- Maintain accurate product data, including pricing, descriptions, and images
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in fashion retail, merchandising, or buying (fresh grads with strong interest in fashion are encouraged to apply)
- Good eye for style, color coordination, and fashion trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with POS or inventory systems is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet tight timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
