Position: Customers Relation Merchandiser
Coverage Area: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Perak (as needed)
Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 3,200
Job Type: Remote (with frequent travel to outlets)
Job Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets to ensure:
- Proper product display and stock availability.
- Business relations are maintained.
- First-level response to issues arising.
- Maintain strong relationships with store personnel and vendors to secure better product exposure.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare sales/stock reports.
- Follow merchandising SOPs, guidelines, and planograms.
- Ensure accurate pricing, price labels, and promotions in-store.
- Conduct weekly outlet visits and rotations to optimize product placement.
- Support promotional/roadshow activities when required.
- Conduct simple competitor audits (pricing, promotions, photos).
- Ensure logistics schedules are followed.
- Submit weekly reports covering sales, inventory, outlet feedback, etc.
- Evidence outlet visits with before/after restocking photos, pricing corrections, or breakdowns.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely GRN processing.
- Track aging reports, returns, shortages, damages, and expired claims.
- Review batch codes for product quality and expiry control.
- Arrange proper disposal/returns with outlet confirmation reports.
Reporting
- Weekly: Sales, Stocks, KPI reports.
- Monthly: DSR template, aging reports, shortage/expired/damaged claims.
- Ad-hoc: Outlet purchase/return order reports and promotional updates.
Requirements
- Diploma in a related field (fresh graduates with business-related experience are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 2 years’ merchandising experience (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Business-minded, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Pleasant personality, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to support business growth.
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools).
- Able to work independently and travel within assigned areas.
- Fluent in Malay & English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Must own: Phone, Laptop, Driving License & Transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
